There comes a time when many small to medium businesses reach a point where they need professional financial management and/or advisement. Large businesses and entities need team members to help them with special projects or temporary staffing needs. I specialize in small-sized to medium-sized businesses, corporations, other entities, and professional individuals. I provide secure file exchange, online accounting and payroll, and remote tax preparation so that client company owners do not need to leave their offices to get operational help with their financial management. My main corporate office environment provides a professional setting and a secure environment in which to discuss your proprietary concerns. I offer high level professional services at moderate prices because we value your business. I hire additional contractor accountants when client projects require more workers.

My name is Jeanine Buben, MT, EA, also known as Jeanine Buben-Croy, MT, EA. I am an Enrolled Agent, known as an EA, which is a federal license to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in IRS proceedings. I hold a Specialty in Tax Controversies Certification and a Master of Taxation Degree in Accounting from the University of Denver. As an EA, I maintain regular tax education updates every year so you can be ensured that I am up to date with the changes in the tax system. You will find me personal, informed, and interested in explaining tax compliance issues relevant to each client. My service packages offer up to four hours of tax consulting with each tax preparation contract a year. So outside of the preview and review of your tax return, you may obtain a mid-year check up of your tax status without additional charge if not used up at preparation time. Other services may be added to client service contracts as desired by clients, which reduces your overall annual costs, and includes discounts by paying an annual retainer with each year's services contract. Most management contracts include monthly accounting, financials, payroll, employment tax returns, and entity and personal income tax returns. Projects may be contracted on an hourly or monthly basis.
