Most full-time GC's don't spend their free time remodeling their home. It's what we do 12+ hours a day, but I found a home that I loved but needed updating. Â I knew exactly what I wanted but also know how picky I am based on my 16 year career in construction and new found passion for interior design.After researching and speaking to several local companies and even obtaining an estimate from Home Depot, my co-worker referred me to Remodel Surplus. They completed his kitchen renovation the year prior. Â A pleasant experience doesn't even begin to describe my encounter.I initially designed my kitchen but was determined to pay cash so I didn't place my actual order until several months later. At no time did I ever feel harassed or pressured to place the order before I was ready.Jose and his team were patient, kind, and met every commitment made in order for me to have the kitchen of my dream. The hardest part was just waiting on the cabinets to come in.
