Remedy has been very reliable, and friendly. They pay well. When cover teaching, they consistently found great schools, no further than 2 miles from my residence.
Soon into the school year, they helped me secure a permanent contract with my current school.
The only downside is that it can be hard to keep contact with the consultant assigned to you. I had to pass on a lot of messages like a game of telephone. However, I'll take that sacrifice any day considering the results it yielded.

Remedy Education has been the best agency by far I have worked with, since my permanent post had come to an end I had been very reluctant to join an agency but speaking with Zeki Firstly and passed on to Natalie Abel they had restored my faith in agencies and placed me in a great school, I have nothing but great words to say about this agency.

The persistence and sheer determination from Natalie Abel at Remedy Recruitment (Education) has been absolutely fantastic. Natalie found me work within a few days. She would ALWAYS check up on me whether this be by phone call OR coming down to my place of work. Now this is something very RARE in recruitment agencies. Choose this agency! Initially reluctant to register because of my AWFUL experience from x2 "reputable" agencies based in central London, Remedy, however have EXCEED my expectations as an agency. was recommended by a wonderful colleague shortly after meeting him. I’d met him whilst working at a school through another agency. They had let me down... promised a permanent contract which was not honoured.At this point I had little faith in securing a permanent role due to being inexperienced within the field of ‘supply’ work and the 6 weeks holiday looming...First and foremost, Russell was my first point of contact and was very empathetic and understanding. Within minutes, I was registered.When he left, I was handed over to Ryan and he was fully briefed in regards to my situation. It was a smooth transition as both were warm, caring and totally professional.Ryan talked me through my options and was realistic in regards to timings and expectations. He was so helpful and I wondered who he was (I later found out was the manager).Ryan assured me that he would ‘get me what I was looking for’. Remedy education is an amazing agency. I joined them straight after I graduated in 2017 and within few months they found me a permanent role and very close to home which was a bonus. My two advisers Russell and Ryan are amazing always available when ever I need them. These 2 gentlemen have honestly gone out there way to help me everytime I’ve needed them too.
