Massage Therapy

The massage was AMAZING!! Very relaxing and I literally felt as if I was floating after. The next day I wasn’t sore or anything. Highly recommend!

Tawanda was recommended to me by my boyfriend who is a competitive athlete so I tend to trust what he says when it comes to optimising recovery. .and thankfully for me that I did!! When it comes to sports massage Tawanda is always my number 1 go to! I find after just one session that my tension has gone and any areas that may have been playing up from training feel freed up and totally alleviated afterwards. Recently I was filming and had a lot of my own stunt work to do and I credit Tawanda for helping my body get through that extra work load, he’s an asset to maintaining top health and happens to be a lovely person too. I get good results. I have worked with athletes and general public providing sports therapy treatment. So I am also able to give exercises and rehab for injuries
