The sample report shared is not what was produced, when queried I was told I didn't explicitly ask for the home buyer report to include a valuation and re-build cost estimate (this is even stated in their website to be part of the homebuyer report). I had quotes from others quoting less and offered all of those as part of the report, chose ReliableSurveyors based on the reviews and that they were responsive but clearly wrong. They also told me the surveyor would be local but he wasn't, appeared to be contracted out to GE Surveyors. So this all seems a bit Unreliable! Now I am left with no responses despite being promised this will be resolved. More...
