I have had two stress releasing sessions with Vicki Mah, and so far I have enjoyed both experiences. After each session, I walked away feeling calmer and more at peace than when I started the session. An added bonus for me is that she appeared to have a "gift" for zeroing in on exactly what the core issue of my discomfort was. Case in point; for my second session, I was having a severe allergy attack that I assumed was environmental, but as it turned out, I was upset about an issue with a friend that had triggered me. My "aha" moment was coming to the realization that I was "allergic" to my friend, and it was true. My mind was blown as I had connected the dots.I won't divulge whay her exact methods are, but Vicki is great at helping you to rewire your subconsnscious mind into being at peace in the present. Not even sure where to begin... I feel blessed that Vickie has entered my life. Have had chronic pain for last 2 years from car accident. Her gift as a healer was obvious about 15 minutes into my appt. Her energy was very uplifting . When I left, the pain that was interfering with my walking was gone. The phone session I had with Vicki on emptying my thoughts helped greatly with my spirit. My spirit feels happy to have heard words of affirmations to self. Ms. Vicki, Is truly one of a kind. She was heaven sent for sure. I went for a simple lympathic drainage massage and being the expert she is, she picked up on where I had certain emotional blockages and offered to help me remove them. We'll mission accomplished. When I say, I have never felt so free and light as a feather. She helped me innerstand that I can now just "BE!" and love myself for it. Vicki was absolutely amazing. She truly cares about her patients! I was deathly sick and thought nothing in the world could cure me, and Vicki went out of her way to contact me to offer me her services out of kindness. First we talked on the phone and she went through some breathing techniques and meditative processes to relax my body, then scheduled me an in office visit to finish. I'm not sure what exactly she did but I felt 100% better because of her. She uses her experiences with energy to your body improve its health on its own with no medication.
