I first went to see Karen after a broken tibia, she not only sorted out the physio I needed to get me back to work and exercise quickly, she also identified an issue which has now been fixed with orthotics. I continue to use Karen as a sports massage "treat". She certainly knows her stuff! More...

First time I met Karen I knew she was the physio to help me. Very friendly and easy to get along with, breaks the technicalities of the body down so us less knowledgeable understand. From recovery and strengthening exercises Karen has helped me wonders....and believe me, my broken body is a challenge!! Can't recommend enough. More...

I'd like a 'love' button on this page not a like button! I've been using Karen now for approx a year, she keeps all my aches & pains at bay. It kills when she is massaging me but, wow, I feel on cloud 9 afterwards. Karen has a wealth of experience & has also helped me in getting a diagnosis for my son which I'm very grateful for. In all my sports injuries over the years I have never met a physio as good as Karen. Keep up your good work lovely lady. More...

Been seeing karen for 3 sessions now and am
So impressed with her compassion and her ability to see and treat the problem
Have recommended her to literally every one I know

I have just had another session with karen and we are using the dry needling technique. My calves give me no end of gyp and I had 21 needles across two calves today and frankly they are as good as new

Can't wait to park run tomorrow now

I've been seeing Karen of Relax & Rehab for just over a year with problems I've had from Obstacles course racing and running.

She has a very friendly, pleasant manner which instantly puts you at ease and shared her expert knowledge in such a way that you can understand her and be able to take the right action ahead and not be lost.

I highly recommend Karen that I've sent people to see her who have had problems and they have come away very happy afterwards.

If you have a problem, and nobody else can help you maybe you should look at Relax & Rehab!!

After hard racing and attending the OCR World Championships last year I picked up few injuries as you do when racing and not resting enough. I carried on with training as I had few big races coming up like the Tough Guy in January and Oblivion in May. My main issue was with my left ankle which was gradually getting worse. I was hoping it will go away but was getting worse as I upped my training leading up to the race. During one of our Nuclear Races Kiddies taster sessions, I bumped into Karen and got talking to her about all of my frustrating pains and niggles. Karen suggested to come and see her to have a look at my sore ankle/foot... Karen did a lot of work on the tendinitis in my foot/ankle and tight calf several times leading up to Oblivion. I really thought I wouldn't be able to race it but with some rest and Karen's help I was able to complete all 4 laps of the Oblivion and as a1st female! I don't think this would have been possible without Karen's help!!! What a result!!! I am still visiting Karen for regular treatments just to keep on top my niggles! Thank you Karen! You are awesome! :) More...

The term physio or sports injury specialist is very much overused. There are many people who use the terminology without any real expertise to do so. Karen however is a great physiotherapist, sports injury specialist and expert and more. She genuinely cares about the physiology as well as mental wellness and the affect the two can have. I have been treated by Karen a number of time and her approach and genuine empathy are second to none. I would, and have, 100% recommend Karen to any of my sporting and non sporting friends. After all, your body is important, don't settle for second best! More...
