Great service from start to finish when buying our new work van from Bognor motor vehicle solutions. Had the pleasure of dealing with both Oli and Simon throughout the purchasing process who are both extremely knowledgable on the vans and cars they have in stock, unlike some of the main dealers we experienced when looking for a van!

We had never come across Bognor Motors before but saw a car that we were interested in on Auto Trader so contacted them via the contact page. We received a swift response (even on a Saturday night!) and was able to view the car the following day, even though they weren’t open. Simon was very friendly and encouraged us to spend time looking around the car and took us both for a test drive. We continued communication with him via email and agreed on a suitable price for the car. Simon organised to have all the bits that we’d spotted done to the car before we collected it last Saturday. It was my husband’s birthday so he organised balloons and a banner on the car! After collection we had a slight issue with the air conditioning, Simon agreed that we could take the car to a local garage to us to have it re gassed and they would cover the costs to save us having to drive back to Bognor. All in all I would actively buy another car from them even though they are over an hours drive away from us. I would also recommend them to others and be happy to take our car there for any work that needed to be done. I cannot fault the service that we have received More...

if your in the market for a new or used car I cannot recommend Bognor Motor solutions high enough. I purchased a kia Sedonda a couple of months ago from them and I was blown away with the service I received from them the moment a walked into the office. friendly and very helpful from the start and in NO way pushy to make a sale. there were a couple of small issues once I got the motor but these was sorted without hesitation on the warranty I was given. these guys are not your tipical car salesman who give you all the talk just to make a sale and get their commission it's more like buying a car of a mate. very happy with every aspect of the sale and after sales service I have received and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car and reliable service. thanks to Simon, Matt and all the guys at Bognor Vehicle Solutions 5 star service. Where do I start! Bognor motors have taken my breath literally away. I knew my van was going to look great, But what Bognor motors have done to the van was to take all expectations to a completely different level! ! In business there’s a saying! “Know your customer” Bognor Motors and the team did just that. They could see exactly my vision and made it better and unique in every way! Oh one other thing!!! Just collect my beloved Transporter from BMVS. There were a few warranty issues that needed sorting and this type of post purchase thing is the real test of a dealership’s customer service in my view - Easy when things are going well but not so easy when they’re not. I gotta day I was just blown away by the level of service. I was kept up to speed at every opportunity and loaned a virtually new van to carry all my windsurfing kit in the interim.
