Complete shambles of an operation. Binned several items without asking me. Some of which are totally irreplaceable. Shocking customer service when asked for compensation also. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!

Amazing company. Contacted Keith to get a car cleaned after a serious incident left the inside of the car covered in blood. They took the stress out of worrying about how to get the vehicle cleaned. While we were still in serious shock. They were really understanding of our situation. From the first call to the completion of the clean Regency FM were professional and discrete . My car broke down outside their base. They tried to jumpstart me and when that failed they all pushed my car into their carpark and looked after it for the day until I could get the roadside rescue out. Thanks guys!
