Chris and Bev were fantastic throughout our experience. Even though we had a slight mishap in losing Bev, Chris still managed to keep me smiling throughout, it was definitely a ride to remember for the better. All cars were beautiful and we definitely had a great ride. They also arrived early which was amazing and they set off in my own time (no rushing). It was also nice that one car stayed until after we were married to get photos in. We also loved the gift of Prosecco, that went down a treat 🥂 I would 100% recommend them to anyone, I had an amazing experience. More...

Fantastic service from first contact to our wedding day. I contacted Regency Wedding Cars on a bank holiday last year asking to view Cars at short notice. Despite this Chris and Bev agreed and had the cars ready to view when I arrived a couple of hours later. Their customer service is fantastic, their prices are really competitive. We booked Regency Wedding Cars for our wedding in August 2023 and they went above and beyond to contribute to our special day. The car was in exceptional condition, decorated beautifully and the driver arrived on time prompt and ready. He was extremely friendly and definitely helped the wedding party get excited on our way to the venue. After the ceremony, the driver took us for a drive and it was by far one of our most enjoyable parts of the day. He even gave us a bottle of prosecco to share as a new couple on the drive and it was so special. We would recommend this business to anyone looking for a wedding car. The service on our wedding day was brilliant and Bev was very professional and courteous and for that portion we would recommend however the customer service and after care has been nothing short of horrendous. On the day they refused to take the bridesmaids to the reception as they said we had only booked one trip and it wasn't on the booking form we said oh we're sure we booked two journeys but we'll check our end too, bystanders had already given our bridesmaids a lift to reception by the time we had this conversation as we witnessed from afar that they hadn't got in the car whilst we were doing photographs. We were polite and didn't question this any further at the time. We sent an email afterwards questioning this and providing proof we had included it on the booking form and our initial quote request which we asked how much will it be for the cream imperial car with two journeys to church and two to the reception, the response was we can do all of that for £.. Which we then agreed to and paid for. What we got back in response to our query/complaint has been nothing but rude and frankly ignorant. I have had two telephone conversations which have both resulted in them putting the phone down on me, the last one they said we would never have agreed to this as it's not a service we provide despite their whole argument previously being you have only put one journey down on the form or we would have done it? I said if this is not something you offer your booking form needs to be revised as it definitely asked the question of how many journeys to reception separately to how many journeys to church. If they would have just said sorry it looks like we have made a mistake and you should have had two journeys to reception that would have been the end of it but instead they implied we were the worst people they have ever taken to church and that really was not the feeling on the day, Bev was panicking about us arriving late to church which we never questioned as the weather was horrible and these old cars don't have all of the mod cons so you expect them to have to go slower due to steamed up windows etc which is not an issue in the slightest bit. Overall the car was beautiful and the service on the day by Bev was fantastic it's just a shame the unprofessional responses have marred our review of the service. If it was a starred or scoring review I would have put a reflective mark but unfortunately it is a recommend or not. More...

Absolute dream using Regency Wedding Cars for our Wedding Day, Chris was absolutely amazing on the day! We didn’t have photographer leaving from my Mums so he captured lovely photos of my Dad and I as we were leaving with car, which I am so thankful for! My nerves were OK all day, until getting in the car, that made it real, the nerves kicked in, but Chris was amazing, really put me at ease and turned out we knew friends of friends so had a lovely chat on the way to our venue!
