What inspired you to start your own business?
Regal Oak Counseling, LLC is the culmination of a life-long dream to help others. Helping others is very empowering in itself. It is great to be a part of seeing people thrive and enjoy their life.

We offer in-person and telehealth/virtual services for your convenience. We use a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.
Counseling and Life Coaching
We provide counseling services to deal with stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, pornography addiction, and much more. We see children 5+, Teens, Adults, Couples, and Groups. Don't really want or need counseling, but looking for some support and guidance? We can provide Life Coaching services as well.

Develop skills to replace negative thoughts and emotions with positive coping skills
Single Parent Support Group
Connect with other single parents for support while learning strategies for managing daily stressors and improving work/life balance
