Clearing a house after the loss of a close relative is not a pleasent experience for anybody. However help is at hand. Jonny from Anglia House Clearance responded to our emailed request for help promptly and arranged to view the property a few days late. He gave us a verbal quote on the spot which was confirmed by email within 24 hours along with a date (within the week) to do the work. The job was done in a morning, with everything removed and all the surfaces hoovered. I signed off the work and the invoice came by return. After making a start on cleaning the house ready for sale, it soon became obvious that we needed professional help. Anglia House Clearance were easy to get hold of and flexible regarding viewing the property as well as the different types of things they could clear. This was basically everything. They arranged to clear the property the following week, which they did, finishing early. They are invoicing us for the payment which is very reasonable When we inspected the building. I used Anglia House Clearance to clear my Mum's house after she came to live with me and my wife, having lived in her house for over 60 years. Jonny was just the loveliest from the start. I live 4 hours away from the house that needed clearing and it couldn’t have been in safer hands. Within a week he had visited the property, given me a quote, booked us in and cleared the property. He was professional and totally understanding. Although it was a big job he never made it feel like it was too much or a bother at all. The house has been left totally spotless and he gave me updates throughout. I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone who needs a house clearance doing.
