D&P delivered two Saatva mattresses on 10/16/19. Previous day they provided a three hour delivery window and also called with a 15 minute advance notice on delivery. Two men with due care brought the mattresses to the second floor and removed the old units. All done in about 15 minutes. Great service! Judging from the other negative comments on the company we must have had their A team for delivery. More...

Just had my saatva bed delivered by D&P and I'm very impressed and satisfied. They quoted me a 2-5 PM window and called me around 1:15 to let me know they were running slightly EARLY and that they'll be here in approximately 30 min, which was great because I was worried I would be tied up waiting for hours. Todd and Rob were very cordial and professional, introducing themselves and shaking my hand. In about ten, maybe fifteen minutes tops my bed was assembled and ready. They were very careful with the bed and avoided scuffing my walls (my bedroom door is at a 90 degree angle from the end of the hallway). Didn't realize it when I bought the bed but the frame I ordered is adjustable to fit bigger mattresses later on down the line. Todd gave me the extra rails for larger sized mattresses and showed me how to adjust the frame. D&P delivered our bed last week. I got a call from the store that our bed was ready for delivery and that D&P would contact us. Next day D&P called and offered a next day delivery, giving me a 2 hour window.They arrived on time with 2 people who were very careful in bringing in the bed, putting padding on the floor to assemble the bed.
