We offer Personal Training, table stretching with massage, and performance enhancing. 8+ year Personal Trainer, 30+ year athlete, but the main focus is safety, great form, and teaching you not only how to workout, but how your body works within exercise.

Great place to work out, train and get a good sense of direction on your training. Booth owners and trainers and in good shape. You can't go wrong with this place. Suri one of the owners and Jose the other are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You really need to visit this place if your health comes first. More...

I can't say more about this place. I LOVE MY TRAINER. She is amazing. Sury Nieves, my trainer, knows how to reshape your body. I went into the health joint with clear goals about what I wanted to achieve. I shared this with her and weekly she helps me reach these goals. She's a wonderful mentor, has a great group of people working at the Health Joint and the atmosphere is high energy! 5 STARS all the way! More...

I was a 30+ year athlete and also am a father to a very athletic son. I wanted to not only be able to pass along fitness and experience to him, but to also help others that I may encounter in bettering themselves physically.

My belief as a trainer is to keep you safe while teaching you a proper way to exercise as well as teach you how to workout so even when you are somewhere without me, you have not only learned about how the muscles control the joints of your body, but you feel confident and comfortable with the exercises that you have learned to be able to perform them without the need of a lot of space or equipment. Learning how to do exercises correctly not only helps individuals build strength, but helps to avoid injury as well as correct some of the setbacks or symptoms that have come from being sedentary or exercising incorrectly in the first place.
