Appalling service, do not hire!
I was quoted £200 to relocate my Japanese acer by Fred, as I was moving house and this tree was very dear to me

He said it would be tricky but assured me it could be done and insisted on also moving my olive tree at the same time as I would be a shame to leave it.

Moving day came and they were struggling to move it so I said to leave it., as I wanted desperately to move it but cause it no harm. Unfortunately they continued to try and rip it out tied to his van. Causing ring bark. When leaving he changed the price to £300 as it had taken more time and refused to plant at new location. Despite a quote set with no timescale given. My trees are now both dead and he is refusing to speak with me. , and refusing to refund despite his word promising he would post
Now have no alternative than to progress through small claims court but he will not provide postcode. More...
