possibly the worst estate agents I've ever the bad luck in using, kathy is extremely rude and unprofessional. charged me 65 quid to re clean a property I was in that was already cleaned, booked us two viewers on a Saturday morning and they didn't turn up, I rang them and they said oh we cancelled them because somebody is already interested . I turned down 5 hours at work which believe you me I need. my advice is don't use them they are awful unless you got big money!!!!!!!! More...

Got treated fairly by these champions. Quick service whenever I had a problem. One day I accidentially flooded the bathroom (forgot I was running a bath), and caused some mild water damage. This however was not a problem. I offered to pay for the repairs myself, but they said it was easier to handle it on their end. I got most of my deposit back, except for the money they needed to fix the damage I caused. Was no hassle for me at all! More...

Redrose has been nothing short from outstanding! Me and my girlfriend had been looking for our first flat and we couldn't be more happy with the service we where given from Beth and the team. Also we had a nightmare, when we accidentally got locked out of our flat.

After speaking to Beth, on her day off she went out of her way to open the shop and grab the spare set of keys. She saved me the cost of a locksmith and my relationship!

Overall the Redrose team at Chorley and especially Beth have been amazing. Thank you so much.

Red Rose are one of the best agencies I've ever dealt with. Very professional and sort out any issues very quickly. No problem in getting deposit back, I think if you look after a property you don't have to pay for anything.

Redrose Property Management have always been polite, friendly and honest. If I ever had an issue they would get straight onto it and do their best to resolve it. Beth and Chris would usually go out of their way to ensure I was happy and tell the landlord of any issues that needed rectifying. Worst company to deal with, they let out a rat infested property that was deemed unfit to live by pest control to us, and then the day we found out and terminated our contract there was another to let sign out the same day we handed the keys back! So they are willing to let some other poor people go through the same, all they care about is getting your money and are never helpful, the staff are also so up themselves and on their high horses! Be cautious. We had a poor experience which led to a formal complaint to the Property Redress Scheme, and even a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office. we found ourselves unexpectedly needing to rent a property while waiting for a house to be built. Having done quite a bit of research we found that the standard and prices of available flats on the redrose site were significantly better than other rental companies. We identified suitable premises quickly and the rest needed to get us in was handled very smoothly, quickly and professionally. Praise specifically goes to Dom in the office who was really helpful and to Bethany, who from start to the finish was lovely to deal with, a really lovely young woman.
