We wanted to remodel our bathrooms for quite some time, and we got a great recommendation on Doctor House from friends. The project was designed and constructed by Alon, he was punctual, creative and brought great energy with him! The crew that worked in our home was professional and cleaned the work-areas every day.We needed one Bathroom working at all times, so they did our bathrooms one at a time, which other contractors were not happy about. The rep that came to my house was very professional and polite. We needed to replace our carpets and wanted some kind of non-carpet flooring. He sat with us for a long time with catalogues and samples, calling his suppliers, getting accurate pricing for an estimate, the whole nine yards. After we finally made a decisions on some beautiful vinyl flooring, he gave us a great quote and we signed on the spot. Redkorp guy came and gave us a good price. He said it would take about a week to paint the interior of our house with 2 guys. On the day of the project they showed up with an entire crew of maybe 9 guys and did the whole house in one day, then came back and did the second coat in a day. Redkorp Inc. came in right about the middle of all of our estimates. We chose to go with them because their rep took the time to sit with us and answer all of our questions. They were the only ones who took the time to give us a tour of a project that was wrapping up, and the bathrooms were incredible! Their customer service is really top-notch, and we felt the most comfortable with them out of all the other contractors interviewed, and they were worth every penny! We asked them to do almost an exact replica of what they did in the project we saw, and our bathrooms also came out spectacular. I am so happy I found Redkorp on my mission to purchase a new home. It was always a dream of mine to have a photography studio in my house some how and they found a way to make that possible. This review is LONG over due. My family and I own several homes throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Los Angeles. It's always tough to search for a different team in each area that provides excellent results. We had work done on our home in LA a year ago and now we area coming around to doing further renovations. We found Redkorp through a referral of my mothers. I met with one of the project managers and they were not pressuring in selling us anything at all. After a few weeks of searching we circled back around to them and hired them to do a little project first before giving over the entire remodel. I had a two car garage that I wanted to convert into a living space for my son who just moved back from college, but there were a lot of things that were in the garage that I still wanted to keep safe but not in the house. At first I considered a shed from Home Depot, but it was not as insulated as I had hoped and looked like it may lead during heavy rains.

Doctor House came over and proposed a plan that would split the garage into a storage/garage area and a living space for my son - the best of both worlds! Their representative was equipped with a tablet and some kind of 3D drafting program and showed me roughly what it would look like and I was sold!

I hired Doctor House to split my rental property into a duplex, and they did a wonderful job. The owner Alan said gave me a few different ideas on how to do it, including splitting the yard in half so each one would have it's own private yard. He was extremely funny and his ideas were very creative and practical.

We needed to hire a contractor for a Bolting & foundation project. We received notices from the city of Los Angeles and were not sure how to proceed, we have never had deal with the city before. We were so impressed with Doctor House, Alon walked us through the process and eased our worries. The crew took care of everything from permits through completion and it really wasn’t as scary as we pictured it, we didn’t have to move or stress, once the city approved the permit the project only took a couple of weeks all together. I wanted to convert my garage into a rental unit to supplement my income due to the new law in LA. As if it were a sign, I found a hanger on my door about Redkorp/Doctor House specializing in garage conversions. The sales rep came and we talked about different ideas for the garage. I wanted to install a partition to turn it into a cozy 1 bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, A/C, basically everything needed to make it a nice place to live.

They signed me up on their Builder app and I had full access to see the project timeline, the progress, any delays, and if something came up, it was all documented in the app for me to see and approve any changes. They were very professional and helped me design it exactly how I wanted it through some app on their tablet. They even designed it in a way that let us use the other half as a garage storage area. "As newcomers to LA, we were worried that we'll choose the wrong contractor to remodel our new household.
Luckily, we were referred to Orr from Doctor house by one of our new neighbors that recently renovated their bathroom with Orr. We needed the kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled in our new house or at least that’s what we decided to start with. We wanted to remodel our bathrooms and went through a few general contractors until we came across Doctor House. Their representative listened to what we wanted instead of trying to find ways to nickel and dime us. He sat down with us and explained everything from the forms and contract to the whole scope of the project. He sent us an email with a proposal and the price was competitive. Renovation started promptly, and what impressed us most was how they cleaned the work area every single day since we still lived in the house. My husband wanted a man-cave, so we converted the storage area in our yard into our den, including gas fire pit! We contacted several construction companies before talking to Redkorp/Doctor House. We appreciated the details that their representative went through with us. All our questions were answered and every request was met with a "yes we can do that." Finding a reliable GC is a tough job. We had our Architect recommend one of their people. They sent us Alon. We told Alon our budget, our time schedule, because my wife was pregnant and gave him our wish list. He couldn't have been nicer and efficient in getting the process done.
