Describe your creative process.
Step 1 – Place Your Order
Click on the product or design service of your choice and the quantity. When you have made all your selections, simply click ‘Add to Cart’ and then proceed to payment.
You will then be taken to a page where you will also be able to opt for us to print your designs for you, please select ‘Yes’.
Once you have received and have approved your proofs, we provide you with a quote for your printing to include the paper stock of your choice with your exact specifications from a wide range of choices including number of sides and finishing options.
Step 2 – Create Your Brief
Please email your brief and any existing ideas to our team at jacky@redheadgraphicdesign.co.uk
Please tell us about various styles, images, fonts and copy required, add your own existing logos, colour scheme as well as leaving your own detailed instructions for our designers.
Not sure? you can always request a call back from one of our designers.
We will send you an easy to use form with detailed instructions to help you along the way.
Step 3 – Proofing
Once your brief has been sent, the design process usually takes 1-3 working days (this can occasionally vary depending on the size of the job) and you will be sent four rounds of proofs for your design.
Unlimited changes can be made to your design with each of the four rounds although any changes made after the final round will be subject to additional costs.
Step 4 – Order Your Print
As soon as your sign-off and go ahead is given. Your proofed design will be emailed to you in PDF format, you will have the option to have your design printed.
Please ask us for a quote for printing.
On the day of your delivery you will be sent an estimated time of arrival by email or text message.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
I work with you and I want to to get the best for you to do this I will need a few things.
Your Logo if you have one
Your typeface if you have one
Your brand colours
Your brand photography if you have one
Your customer Avatar if you have one - if not I can sit and chat about who they might be so we can target them in your marketing campaign or advert
Don't have any of the above? Starting from scratch? that's fine too I can sit down with you or start a conversation over the phone or email or zoom meeting if your overseas and start the ball rolling.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I think the seeds for the journey were sewn at a very young age my dad has been a huge inspiration to me he built a multi million pound company off the back off a beer mat with a friend in pub designing test equipment for fighter aircraft - I watched him lose his business three times before they succeed! A wise person once said when your walking through hell keep going, and determination is very much a thing in my family we have a drive and you need that to succeed. At 14 I began making things to sell, I soon owned my own craft stall in the Cirencester Corn hall making, not content with that I went on to sell my creation to local shop in Cirencester and Cheltenham and would stay up till the small hour to keep up with all the orders coming in. My Nan built a guest house from noting.
After my kids went back to school I decided it was my turn I grabbed to chance to go back to and Graduated with 1st Class Honors Degree - But I didn't stop there oh no! I went on to teach Graphic Design. I was aiming high and aiming Big. I was Freelancelaning while teaching too! call me crazy but I love what I do. By this time I had won 6 Awards for my Design work and was on a roll.
Then in 2015 - I had a setback and had to leave teaching - do the health issues - I didn't give up I just had to wait a while and then. I opened my Studio and have never looked back. Redhead Graphic Design has help SME's to build their brands, and I can help you to do the same.
