Been going for a month and a half now and I've enjoyed every minute of it. I feel the burn but have fun while doing it. All of the coaches are great. Big shout out to Andy for his super fun classes that keep me going through even the toughest of workouts. Having just had a baby, he ensures that my workouts cater to my current abilities. Would highly recommend Red Zone to anyone looking to get fit AND have fun ;) More...

Just started going here a few weeks ago to build up my strength. The guys are very friendly and do a great job at pushing you, while ensuring proper form. Work outs are a always different with a good variety of exercises to leave me sore each time I come, I am always dead at the end of every workout (which is a good thing!)If you are thinking about doing it, but unsure, I recommend giving it a try a few times to see if it's a good fit for you. I believe the first week is free, so really you have nothing to lose! More...
