Carlos and Red Tomato Catering were awesome for our wedding! We first went to Carlos's restaurant and did a tasting where we got to try a variety of dishes and then select the custom menu of what we wanted. Red Tomato had great options for both meat and vegetarian dishes and they were all delicious!We worked with them to create the custom menu that would be served family style. This made the dinner super easy because everyone was able to get food right away at their table without having to wait in line. They were quick and efficient at getting food out to everyone, and refilling items that were running low. We also had them go around and serve appetizers during the cocktail hour, which were a big hit for the people that were a little hungry before dinner.Red Tomato had a great rate for the amount of food and service that they provided. They also went above and beyond to help us get additional items like chairs and silverware, so that we didn't have to stress about booking those items with other vendors. They were very flexible with everything and worked with us to accommodate our needs throughout the whole process. And Carlos also let us use his cafe after hours so that we could hold a pre-wedding dinner with our bridal party and family.Our guests really enjoyed the food and many commented that it was some of the best Mexican food they'd ever had (especially the beans!). After a personalized tasting at Carlos' restaurant, we hired Red Tomato Catering for our Wedding Reception dinner. We enjoyed it so much we hired them for part of our Rehearsal dinner as well. The food was a hit! They were flexible in meeting our preferences, needs, budget, and were prompt in communication (which was important because I only had one month to make catering plans).  Their prices were affordable and their drop-off/pick-up options helped the day's plans go smoothly.
