I have had the unfortunate experience of having this company to do my loft conversion. It has been a nightmare, what should have been a 6-8 week job took over 18 months, the amount of issues had with the build is ridiculous, leaks from build and plumbing, the plastering is diabolical, with the management saying there was nothing wrong with it till they came to actually see it, getting this rectified has been a long, painful process, and it is still not acceptable. This is only a snippet of the issues we have had. It has been a long painful process and I urge you not to use this company. Stuart is a very unreasonable man to deal with, and has caused me no end of stress and upset, accusations of totally unfounded issues. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Stuart will lie to you, bully and abuse you, ask you to help him avoid paying taxes and to top it off take a year to complete what was na "8 week job".
They wont turn up when they say they will and cancel on you, on the day.
He doesn't pay his own staff and has left his "workers" who have children without their money.
Stuart sat and told us the story of his last customer punching him in his face...We can see why now!
I highly recommend NOT using them.
