It was a horrible experience. We were told there was a 20 min wait. We ended up waiting 45 minutes. The restaurant was empty. Once we were finally seated our server was triple seated. It took 15 min to place our drink order and can’t even tell you how long it took to get our orders taken. I had to get up and go to the bar to get cocktail napkins. Myself. When we asked for silverware we were told they were out of silverware and the server proceeded to give us to-go PLASTIC silverware. Our bill came to $112.00 before tip. I expect WAY better service and no to eat on plastic silverware. Several other tables walked out. I had exceptional service at this Red Lobster location! I was so happy with the meal I ate and what makes eating good food all the better is the quality of the customer service. It really does make all the difference between having a normal night to a great night. I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a long time so I wanted to try something tasty. I had an orange juice before my meal because my sugar was dropping and my wonderful server rushed to get me that then I had a Sprite. I ordered the Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms and they were very tasty even if I just ate mostly the stuffing because I knew I would get too full for what I really ordered. I tried the Seafarers Feast that comes with grilled scallops, garlic butter shrimp, a grilled lobster tail, fried shrimp, rice, and your choice of side so I had mashed potatoes. I ate all I could and took the rest to go. This is such a lovely establishment I will be returning with my family and friends. I feel grateful for the server I had. I wasn't sharp enough to get his name because he was really working hard coming and going so I didn't even ask. I was just having too much fun eating all the yum food. All in all if you like seafood this is an excellent place with good prices.P.S. The warm biscuits are amazing! And they also give you some with your To-Go leftovers. Had a 5:30 reservation right before seeing an 8:00 show on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant was getting busy at arrival but the hostess and wait staff were highly organized and got seated quickly. Service was lovely, efficient and timely but never rushed. I am normally not a fan of chains, and will go on record by saying I am not a fan of any other RL, but after 3 visits to this location, it is vastly different than the rest. My wife & I had to do a google search to find a Red Lobster in the area we were visiting this past August. After a very disappointing visit to a white cloth fine dining seafood restaurant that claimed to have surf & turf, That fine dining seafood restaurant didn't even have lobster on their menu!!! We were treated awesome at this Red Lobster, The food was fantastic, Our waitress was beyond awesome, The GM was there & when I asked to speak with management, (to let them know this waitress was the best ever.)
