Jo is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
She had given me the motivation for I needed to get back on the right track to fitness.
I look forward to every session and being shown how to do so many different exercises I never thought I could do.

I have only been working with Jo for three weeks on diet and exercise. I have lost 7lbs so far, and I am starting to get my energy and strength back already. I am very impressed at how I am progressing under her personal training sessions. The exercises are varied, so you never get fed up with them . I was worried to begin with, but there was no need, she is very easy to get on with and I would highly recommend her as an excellent personal trainer. More...

I have been attending the post natal group classes. This is a lovely small group, which is great as it means there is lots of support from Jo. The group has been really good and I already feel much stronger. On a practical note, there is lots of parking, in a very quiet village hall, so its super easy to get to the class with kids. Jo also welcomes kids coming along and has a baby sitter there making the class so accessible and means I can focus on me while knowing my kids are happy. More...

Jo is a fantastic personal trainer who really helped me with a six week post natal programme. I was really struggling - having been pretty fit before pregnancy, my post natal body felt like it belonged to someone else (who couldn't go for a short run without crippling back ache). Jo was amazing - she's got this lovely understated style, clearly knows her stuff and helped me focus on exercises that would make a difference. And they really have - I just more like myself again. There's no quick fix and neither should there be after giving birth, but this really focussed programme has helped my confidence as much as my strength. Thanks Jo! More...

Personal Trainers

Working with Jo was a great experience- with three weeks to my triathlon and a delay in my training due to medical problems meant Jo (and me! ) had our work cut out!

Jo helped build not only my fitness but also my confidence. I was able to complete my triathlon in a better time than expected, and also had great fun during the event.

Jo pushed me to do my best, whilst always knowing my limits. She is very professional and friendly, and I look forward to working with her even more!
