Red Kite Fitness and Nutrition provides mobile personal training services in and around Stroud. I offer individually tailored personal training sessions designed around your needs. Whether you are new to exercise, want to get in shape for a specific event, are looking for that extra impetus to take your performance to the next level or simply want to improve your overall fitness through incorporating strength and resistance work into your exercise routine, I can help with enjoyable, time efficient training to help you meet your goals.
Sessions take place at your home or a local park so there is no need to be a member of a gym.
I offer all new clients an initial consultation and health appraisal during which we will discuss your goals, identify what has and hasn't worked in the past and from this I can design a program to suit you and your aspirations. This will also allow you time to get to know me and decide whether I am the right trainer for you.

Jo is a fantastic personal trainer who really helped me with a six week post natal programme. I was really struggling - having been pretty fit before pregnancy, my post natal body felt like it belonged to someone else (who couldn't go for a short run without crippling back ache). Jo was amazing - she's got this lovely understated style, clearly knows her stuff and helped me focus on exercises that would make a difference. And they really have - I just more like myself again. Working with Jo was a great experience- with three weeks to my triathlon and a delay in my training due to medical problems meant Jo (and me!) had our work cut out!
