Brilliant reflexology with Donna yesterday and I feel amazing today. Really light and loose in my shoulders and chest and sitting up straight much more effortlessly. Feel generally unblocked. I didn't take any particular problem to the session just let her find what she wanted to work on. I have been having a lot of problems recently with my neck, feet and right hand. I had a session of reflexology with Donna the other evening and by the end of it I was pain free. My neck made horrible crunchy noises and was very uncomfortable when I turned my head in any direction. Within minutes of working the affected part, Donna's magic hands had removed the discomfort and the crunch. It feels fantastic. I can highly recommend Donna at Red Healing Reflexology. What a great experience!!! Donna works on the residential that I work for and she kindly said would give me reflexology session so I know what it feels like and I must say that after three days of work was the best thing that happened! Reflexology is an amazing relaxing modality, I felt I was floating after!
