Red Eagle Martial Arts is a family friendly and special educational needs friendly school.
We provide Martial arts class's that everyone is welcome to train in. We also offer 1-2-1 training which is very popular.
We cover Karate, Kickboxing, Freestyle Karate, and Fitness.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
by working with the client to decide what the goal is then design a specialised plan just for the client.
Then I motivate, work with a push the client to reach a daily target with the end outcome after x number of weeks to be or exceed the goal the client wanted.

dedication + determination + motivation = success.
What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching.
I love seeing my students progress.
I love changing lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
seeing how Martial Arts has changed my life, over the years since I was 8, giving me confidence, teaching me how to deal with bullying and self-defence, helped me make friends and so much more. Now I want to pass this and much more on to others.

I have been training for over 12 years across 3 martial arts schools training up to 6 days per week.
spent 5 years assisting in classes followed by 4 years of running my own classes at 2 of the 3 schools before opening my own school at the end of 2017.
I am a World class Martial Artist,
I have represented team GB at the World Championships for 10 consecutive years.
And I teach a world class standard for my students.
I work with hundreds of school owners worldwide, helping them to better their school and teachings, developing new drills and helping them to provide even more value for their students.
Martial Arts weekly class
Family-friendly Martial Arts, only £20
1-2-1 Martial Arts sessions.
1-2-1s are great for people that want to work at a higher intensity and who want to focus more with fewer distractions.
1-2-1s are great for people who are not confident enough to train with others.
1-2-1s are great for people with special educational needs and who are more likely to benefit from 1-2-1s.
1-2-1s are Only £10 per session.
