Great communication and fast delivery are some of the qualities RDW has with awesome SEO results. The boss of Red Dragon Webmaster went the extra mile to make sure we received the service we need. We needed an e-commerce website for our business and pictures of our products and cloths.
He provided models for our cloths, photographer, camera and the whole settings, I felt I was in a professional catwalk fashion show although this is not part of RDW services. The boss helped us in completing our website's pictures, made sure we have an update website and even provided the SEO for the website.
We were not sure what is SEO or why we need it, he took the time to explained it to us in details and all the benefits it provides.
Now, after few months, we are seeing excellent results for our business and we are actually selling 4 times more than we expected to sell from our website.

What makes a great website?
There are a number of factors that make a website a great website.
1) Hosting, you need to have a good solid hosting (where your actual website files are hosted), that could handle the traffic to your website and loads your website fast.
2) The design of your website, this will be the actual programming of the website. i.e. would your website response and react according to the device the viewer is using (Responsive).
3) How optimised are all the images you use on your website, the fully optimised images the fast they load, which makes your website fast to load.
4) The content of your website, is the information on your website relevant to your website, does it give information people are looking for, does it answer their questions and is it easy to read and understand.
5) To include a mixer of media files, such as images, videos and voice recordings.
6) To include a section for reviews.
7) To include blog section, and blogs to be included on at least weekly bases.
8) To include a section for comments, so people can comment on your blogs.
9) Social media links or feeds to be included on the website.
10) Detailed contact information and allowing people to contact you in different ways.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a computer programmer to start with, but then after a year working in the industry, I decided to become a school teacher, so I was teaching for 15 years, but always loved and enjoyed creating websites for family and friends. So, when the demand for creating websites increased, I decided to leave teaching and create my own business.
