As an artist participating in a show here, I was thrilled with the spaces. Great use of walls and dividers to present art on. Easy to walk around in to view hanging pieces with excellent lighting. Great vibe. More...

My husband and I are beyond grateful to Dominique and Red Door No. 5 for allowing us the opportunity to be their first wedding. We decided to stop in Red Door No. 5 on their opening gallery night and it ended up being probably the second best decision of our lives (after deciding to get married)! The second we walked in, we knew this was the perfect reception venue for us. The space is amazing. It's everything Rustic Steel, custom-made, and beautifully filled with vintage furniture and local art which provides tons of character and a memorable experience.

Following their opening night, we met with Dominique and became the first couple to book the venue for our April 2017 wedding! We were so excited about the venue; it was our biggest brag before, during, and after the big day. Dominique was so pleasant and helpful the whole time, even assuring us we were not pestering when we felt we were. He was extremely accommodating with our requests and assisted our coordinator with some last minute emergencies that helped smooth out each transition before and during the evening. He was so kind as to even give friends and family in-person tours, describing the process of rehabilitation and the interesting historic details about the fire house. It was absolutely priceless to see our guests' eyes light up with intrigue throughout the night.

We had about 130 people attend our reception and due to the spread out nature of the venue (art gallery + living room + dining room + outdoor courtyard) there was plenty of space to move around and it never felt crowded. We also had no issues with long lines at the two bathrooms. We decided to go with cocktail style for our food and used the large dining table to display the food, which worked really well for us, but a sit down dinner would also be easily accommodated in the space. We had our dance floor outside under the cafe lights and even had our photographer take a group photo of all of us on the dance floor from the rooftop.

Our day would not have been as perfectly "us" as it was without this incredible venue, the accommodating host, and being in such a central location in the beautiful and historic Tampa Heights. We look forward to revisiting Red Door for many more events in the future! We highly recommend Red Door No. 5 if you are looking to make an impression that will last a lifetime, whether personal or professional.
