We couldn’t be happier and we all love our new swing set! Everyone at Recreations Outlet were amazing to work with. We have a very difficult and sloped back yard and instead of just selling us a swing set, they were really concerned with selecting and placing the right piece for our yard and our young family. Even if that meant not selling us a swing set if it wasn’t a good fit. Multiple people, including the owner Pete came out and evaluated our yard. They worked with us endlessly, so our dream of surprising our little girl with a swing set could come true. Larry, Pete, you were a joy to work with, to help us find the perfect set for our yard. Steve and Jeff were super knowledgeable and they cared enough to point out what could be better for our yard they went above and beyond to install it correctly and perfectly on our yard. Great company, great product, but buyer beware. We've had our swing set for less than 12 mos and carpenter bees are having a field day with this type of untreated wood. I'm fighting a losing battle and I fear the bees will win in the end. Do your research on the type of wood they use if you have carpenter bees in your area. I've seen a few in our deck but nothing out of the ordinary. Since putting in this swing set, there are new holes every day and they're causing serious damage on the thinner pieces. More...

We're very happy with Recreations Outlet. They do an awesome job on product, and it's a pretty great place for a kid's birthday party, too. We've been going to Recreations Outlet for birthday parties, play dates and shopping for the past 14 years! We purchased a swing set from them when our girls were little and got many fun years of playing, climbing, swinging and picnics out of it. When the girls outgrew the swing set we purchased our trampoline from Recreations Outlet. We've only had it for two years and our girls along with their friends love it. They even have sleepovers on it! We recently moved to a new house and Anthony and his team were excellent to work with in getting the trampoline moved to our new home. More...

This place is awesome and has the BEST customer service. Anthony has been phenomenal to work with, so attentive, so responsive, so educational on the products. He helped us pick the right ones for us, he met me at my new home to plot out where the ProFormance (get it btw, it's awesome) basketball hoop should go, weighing out the options and scenarios with me as I envisioned my 2-year-old son draining 3's some day. He also worked with us on a trampoline and was able to get it installed sooner than we had anticipated. All the while keeping me updated and answering any question most times literally within seconds. I cannot thank him enough for helping us feel great about making some pretty large purchases. Total peace of mind. Oh, and the guys coming to install called me when they were coming, showed up when they said they would, had it installed in shorter time than they said and called me to see if I had any questions before leaving. I left a previous review out of frustration with issues we had when I should have just contacted the owner. Tara Miller was extremely helpful and I want to thank her for all she did. Pete Delois personally came out to take care of the problems and went well above what was needed to be done. We've had 3 birthday parties here and they have all been great. Our kids love to come here to play any chance they get. I spent a lot of money on their playset but the old one we had from Sam's Club was falling apart, the wood was thin and cheap. My family and I visited Recreations Outlet to play and shop and were greeted by friendly and helpful employees. As my husband and I looked around the showroom, our children played on the playsets and enjoyed their time. The showroom is a great indoor play option that is immaculate and provides updated and well-maintained facilities. During our visit I noticed staff walking around sweeping and maintaining the building. The owner, Pete, met with my husband and I, answering all of our questions/concerns. He gave helpful recommendations and was patient as we came to our decision. He scheduled a visit to check out our yard, checking the grade and location for the set. He arrived promptly and was helpful in answering my questions. Two weeks later the playset was installed. The installation took approximately 4/5 hrs. There were a few initial issues that I noticed after the installation. I contacted their store immediately wanting a quick resolution. I made two phone calls and spoke with a gentleman at the store who said the owner, Pete, would call me that evening. He called and scheduled a team member to visit to provide immediate solution the next afternoon. We were very happy with the turnaround to address the issues as this was a big purchase/investment for our family. Our shopping experience and the customer service following our purchase would lead me to recommend them to others. The swing set is used nearly every morning (when it’s not raining or too cold). The trampoline is in constant use even among my teenagers all day long. This summer we pull the hose out and have a waterslide. Sprinkler under trampoline and it’s a cool way to get exercise on hot day. The possibilities for imagination is endless. The trampoline and swing-set are so durable and well made with engineering second to none. We have older children and have purchased many different outdoor products over the years and none have lasted nor always felt safe. With the recent addition of twins we have decided safety and convenience was necessary so we finally invested not once but twice. Tara helped us with both purchases and costumer service has been impeccable. She has continued to help us with questions and accessories. I do not think people realize how worth it the investment is. Knowing my kids will have safe fun for years to come is not something other products have been able to deliver for us. More...

Recreations Outlet is where we bought our 13' round Springfree Trampoline last summer. I swore I'd never buy a trampoline, but Springfree makes a trampoline without the hard edges. The materials are the highest quality and it even looks nice in the yard. My kids were starting to get bored playing outside before we bought it, and now they love to go outside and jump. Today they put on a trampoline show with all their silly tricks. Recreations Outlet salespeople are helpful, honest, and organized. Great for a cold or rainy day. It is a 30 minute drive for us but it is totally worth it! You pay a minimal entrance fee and can stay as long as you want. My 6 and 4 year olds could have stayed for hours.  Who doesn't love a temperature controlled playground?! The equipment was very clean and well taken care of.  The bathrooms were also very clean. While we were there on a rainy saturday it was crowded but not so much that it impacted the fun at all.  I would definitely recommend this place. More...

We had our daughter's 7th birthday here, and it was great. It was the only place we found that could accommodate over 30 kids, so she could invite all the kids in her grade. And it didn't break the bank. We had it early on Sunday before they opened, so it was fantastic! We had the whole place to ourselves, and just got to do whatever we wanted for 2 hours. We had plenty of space in 2 adjoining party rooms. This was the most laid back and enjoyable kid's party I have hosted, ever, and one of the other parents called it "the party of the year".
