Therapy here has had a significantly positive effect on my life. I have not only learned so much about my addiction and compulsive behaviors but I have experienced a release of the power that my triggers had over me. Through talking with other addicts in recovery I hear them complain about therapy. This is not my experience, I have only good things to say. Offers a safe place where there is no shaming. The combination of group and individual therapy is helpful. Might be helpful to get more book work done. Meditation before each group is helpful. More...
