The owner of this business is fantastic and customer service goes above and beyond. The only issue I had was some weeks I was not crazy for any of the meals and it seemed as though they were very similar (like bbq all week) and it would be something I was not crazy about. I almost wish they would do reviews each week so they could know to do more of what we like and less of the mediocre meals. worth it though and still gets 5 stars!! More...

The food is simple, real, perfectly balanced and delicious! I've eaten a few different dishes, my favorite of which being a tex-mex styled chicken and rice with veggies. Clean sourced food is all I eat and when I saw that this company specialized in "hormone and antibiotic free" meats at such a great price I knew I had found something great! I'm an ER doctor and work a lot of crazy hours, I try to be health conscious but this can be difficult at times. Rebuilt Meals has been awesome. There food is fresh, low sugar, high protein and excellent quality. I've lost a few pounds and I feel great. My wife and I thought this type of meal prep would be more expensive but we're actually saving money (Not eating out as often and less frequent trips to grocery store) and they are big enough for our two kids to share. Great company, great food, highly recommend! The new executive chef has introduced some fantastic new recipes and has continued to improve standard favorites like the weekly doughnuts. They make eating clean and healthy enjoyable, and are very accommodating when it comes to allergies or other special dietary needs. I have a lot of food allergies, and I always feel safe eating meals from Rebuilt. I've met the team, and not only are they all great people, they seem to have a strong team dynamic and are all very invested in the company's product and mission. It's such a relief to not have to worry about planning my lunches for the week, and I always look forward to the weekly complimentary snack (so far, chocolate chip pumpkin bread has been my favorite!). I have to say over the number of years I’ve lived in Tampa I tried a few different meal plans here and there. Rebuilt meals is one of the most delicious and varied meal plan. The customer service is excellent. Their protein donuts are a delicious protein desert to add to your day. However, some meals were not that good. The chicken noodle soup was extremely bland and had no taste. Also, the turkey dish one week went bad within a few days and we had to throw out 4 meals valued at $32. EDIT: The owner Chandler is a class act and reached out to me; He cares about what clients think of the meal plan. Chandler is genuine and authentic. He replaced some meals and explained to me that the meals are customizable and you just have to reply back via email on Wednesdays when the menus send out. More...

Great food and great service! I've always been a bit weary of prepared meal services, but Rebuilt Meals has completely changed my mind. The portions are great for the price and keep you full. In addition, and probably my biggest initial concern, we are always surprised and impressed by the amount of flavor in each meal. Delivery is always on time, and perfect for how busy we seem to be. I used to spend an entire day grocery shopping (dragging my husband and kids along) and meal prepping. As a working mom, it makes me incredibly sad to think about missing out on a full day with my family. But, to ease my stress and keep my husband fed, meal prepping had to be done. I've been getting rebuilt meals for about 2 months now, and it has definitely been a key to improving my health. The meals are delicious, fresh, and portioned perfectly! Being able to easily track all of the macros of my meals has been instrumental in my recent health improvements. Since signing up for rebuilt meals, I've lost 20 pounds while not sacrificing the strength gains I've made by going to the gym for the last 2 years. I love the convenience of being able to pick them up near my house twice a week; getting the meals is way easier than planning and shopping to meal prep.
