Love all the practitioners. Direct billing. Located right inside the gym where I train. Chiropractor Sonya Hamilton (she also does acupuncture! She's amazing!) + Physiotherapist Binu Steven are PHENOMENAL! Their knowledge is impressive, great service, look forward to my visits with them. Together they work great on my treatments! Love that the practitioners here communicate with eachother to create the best treatment plans for their patients/clients. Front staff is friendly and helpful. Did I mention how great their direct billing is? They also have online booking and cancelling. This makes it SO easy! Free email appointment reminders too and online waitlists (which has been great this time of year when everyone is trying to get in to see an RMT). Naturopath is great and very knowledgeable - definitely recommend her services also. They sell great quality supplements (probiotics, protein, multi's, etc) here and physio tools/bands/balls/equipment/ BioFreeze lotion. Prices are good and not overpriced.It just couldn't be more convenient to take care of my health and wellness. Thanks to the team here! More...

Dr. Sonya has really helped me with ailments over the past couple of years. I have also benefited from the additional practitioners that have joined the clinic - Renata is a wonderful masseuse who takes care with her clients. I was recommended massage therapy after falling and pinching a muscle near my tail bone that caused me nearly a year of constant pain or annoyance. Rebound was near my home, but seemed quiet and clean. It was a little weird the first time walking into the good life fitness to access their space, but what really mattered is the appointment worked. My muscle pain dissipated and I felt so great about how easy it was to online book future appointments that I've used more of my work coverage for RMT than I ever have. Highly recommended. I have gone to see Charisse Manalili for a few months now for Fascial Stretch Therapy and have to say the results have been amazing. I no longer wake up with neck, shoulder and back pain and generally feel so much better and more energetic. Charisse has a unique skill in helping you feel relaxed and applying just the right amount of pressure to make a difference without making the experience uncomfortable in any way. In November/December I received treatment from Steven (physio) for a dislocated rib. He used a variety of treatments that accelerated my healing time as well as offering at home exercises I could do to help strengthen the muscles surrounding the injury. Way better than any other physio I've encountered.I received a massage from Renata today and HOLY it was the best massage I've EVER had. She gave me feedback on the areas of my body that seemed to be the most tense and applied the exact amountof pressure I needed. I feel very relaxed and refreshed!Each of the practitioners is pleasant to interact with and takes their time to know you and gain an understanding of your lifestyle and how to work with it.
