This gym is such a positive experience. I have two children enrolled in the boxing classes. They both leave every visit feeling so good about themselves. My experience through out this gym is absolutely great.I’ve learnt a lot of boxing and self defence in this gym compared to many many other “boxing/martial arts” gyms out there and trust me when I say that. The coach is a very friendly and nice guy that just brings everybody in the class together and makes it very fun. Unreal gym and awesome owners. If you’re starting out (like me) the trainers make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. The training is great, very professionally explained and taught. It really helps having someone guide you step by step,breaking down the basics for you, and pushing you harder. My 16 year old son was very interested in boxing. As a s”mother” I didn’t like the idea and was very concerned about head injuries. The coaches and trainers are very conscious of training from the basics. A lot of effort is put into technique and form. It is a fantastic sport for fitness and and self defense. I was in today and met with Farhad who was super friendly and professional. I had the opportunity to view the gym area which is still under construction and listen to Farhads vision for it and see his obvious passion for the sport. Due to the constitution phase of the gym it’s in no condition at this time to run any classes. It set my mind at ease that the post fromNicole Kinnaman is completely false. Its shocking that someone would attack someone’s credibility and attempt to damage their reputation like that, especially with the current issues of sexual misconduct. You’re a liar and also disregard victims with legitimate complaints. Unfortunately you also make me suspicious of the other gyms in the area. I hope Google takes down your post and releases your IP address to Rebels so they can take appropriate action against you. I wish Rebels the best and look forward to working out at the gym. More...

The gym opened on Monday July 16, 2018, so I'm not sure how reviews were submitted 3 weeks ago. It's just not possible.As a paid member who has actually visited and trained in the gym, (July 23), I am giving my honest review. Farhad & his staff were just as friendly & respectful as the 1st day I walked in to sign up and my experience was very positive. I also met his father for the 1st time yesterday & he was also friendly & welcoming.- very clean facility- operating hours (M-F 6AM-10PM & open on Sat/Sun)- fees are almost half of what other boxing gyms charge & no contract- the ring seems to be regulation AIBA size (6.10m x 6.10m within ropes)- complete equipment (mats, ring, weights, cardio, double-end bags, speed bags, heavy bags, uppercut bags)All-in-all, this is a top-notch gym. I can't comment on the classes because they don't start until August 1st but I felt the need to leave my honest review because these are good peeps who are providing a service that is non-existent in our area (Tri-Cities). As with any new business there will be growing pains but I'm sure they'll be receptive to constructive criticism if you give them that chance. More...

I don't usually put out reviews, but I feel like I have an obligation here. I've had a business before and fell victim to fake reviews and fraud accounts. Shame on @Nicole Kinnaman and @Jackson Ortiz (or whoever you are). It's people like you who ruin honest businesses. I can't believe the reviews are still standing based on how blatantly fake they are.I personally can say that both the front desk receptionist and the owner Farad were more than welcoming and respectful. I came in with my family, wanting to sign up my kids and they answered all of our questions appropriately and even gave us a courtesy tour of their entire gym, even when it was under construction. Farad himself answered all of my son's questions regarding boxing gloves, gear, and etc with respect and honesty.I grew up a boxing fan, and I'm more than thrilled that a boxing gym has finally opened up in Coquitlam. I'd like to personally welcome you to the community and I'm sure the entire Tri City area is more than excited to have you open up here. It's unfortunate business owners have to deal with such negativity at times, but I'm sure the community will have your back in the long run and really make you feel welcomed! More...
