I was apprehensive about going along to the rebel bambinos session, but it was great, relaxed and safe. I got a good workout whilst my 1yr old was entertaining himself or being used as a weight!! Excellent!!!

Had my first session today enjoyed every minute, thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. Can't wait to come back, I do not naturally enjoy exercise so it has to be something special for me to enjoy, today was great thank you.
I have just finished the 10 week programme with Lisa. So far I have lost 3stone in weight and lost 20inches in total from my body. The sessions with Lisa are absolutely brilliant, they are so varied and push you to your limits. Lisa knows what you are capable of, what you can achieve and Lisa knows how to get the best out of you. I not only get a work out in that hour but I also have fun. Lisa is a joy to be around, she always guarantees to keep a smile on my face and has a joke or two along the way. Whatever your particular journey or goal is Lisa offers lots of guidance and support, she is THE BEST cheerleader/supporter to have on your side. Her classes are also great fun and everyone that goes are so friendly and very welcoming.
I still have a way to go in my own journey but I know with Lisa by my side I'll 100% get there.

I have just finished a 10 week programme with Lisa. I gave birth to my son a little under 6 months ago. Prior to pregnancy I was pretty fit & healthy. It was a no brainier as my 'pushing present' to go for some PT sessions. 10 weeks later I can not believe how close I am to being back to my pregnancy weight, body shape and fitness level. Lisa has listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored all sessions to suit me. Whether that be to avoid a niggling injury, work on what I have asked to achieve or just vary everything for an all round work out. My first session at Rebel HQ and the first time I've done a 1-hour high intensity work out in two years (since having my son). I didn't think I would be able to keep up but Lisa was excellent at motivating me to work to my maximum ability whilst ensuring it was all within my fitness capabilites. The class was full on cardio with lots of humour thrown in. I would highly recommend the class to those with less confidence and to those that are already fit and looking for a new challenge as Lisa adapts with ease. :-) More...
I have started doing pad work sessions with Lisa . I have been blown away by her professionalism and her friendly inspiring nature . Although when she is making do 30 Seconds more for 3 bloody minutes I am thinking she is far from nice .
As a qualified PT myself the main benefit I have found is that I don't feel like I am working out but practicing a new skill .
However after I definitely feel like I have worked out and getting the results to match.

So, I am someone who sometimes LOVES to exercise and sometimes HATES to exercise and I can be fairly fussy about where I do it. I enjoy exercising when its about the fun side of things as well as just getting the job done. Rebel Health and Fitness is everything I enjoy. Lisa is the utmost professional in her approach to exercise in that everyone works hard in her classes (because we want to) but we have a good laugh with fun banter thrown in here and there.
The most important thing about Lisa's classes is that she caters for everyone that turns up, whether its the first exercise you have done for years or you are an every day at the gym type person Lisa will make sure you are working within your ability ) but still pushing you to work harder where you can) which takes away the pressure for you to be keeping up with the super fit ones in the class.
I currently attend Rebel Heath and Fitness classes on average about 3 or 4 times a week and I love every minute of it (especially love the Saturday 9.30am class when most of the class go for a coffee in the cafe over the road)
So, if you are looking for a fun but tough workout that caters to your abilities then I could not recommend Rebel Health and Fitness enough (it also helps that its at such a great price and in a stunning location). I do several other types of exercise in a week but Rebel health is the one I work all my others commitments around and I will be attending for many years to come.
