What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the end result. I love seeing the "Ah ha" moment in someones eyes when they realize how far they have come and how wonderful they are doing because of their time with me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew, without a doubt that I am good at helping people. So, this seemed like the best option!
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose me because I wont let your excuses get the best of you. I use a mindfulness approach to help you overcome all the little things that you may not see but that are keeping you from reaching your life goals. Our relationship will be one of mutual respect and trust and just as much as you are going to trust me to help you, I am going to trust that you can help yourself too.
