Rebecca was fantastic! My friend was in a wedding that Rebecca had photographed and I loved how beautiful and natural the photos looked. When we got engaged I reached out to her and I am so glad we had her and her husband Jonathan capture our wedding! Rebecca was professional and on top of everything before the wedding- she gave us guidance on how to put together our wedding timeline and even called us a few days before just to make sure everything was all set and to see if we had any questions.

Rebecca and Jonathan were so sweet and friendly and made us feel calm on our wedding day. My husband and I hate taking photos, but Rebecca and Jonathan made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and gave us direction on how to pose. They were so efficient at taking photos that we ended up having enough time to go to two locations to take photos before cocktail hour started.

We saw some previews of our wedding and they looked amazing! We can’t wait to see all of the moments they captured!

Can’t speak highly enough of Rebecca and her husband Jonathan! We found Rebecca for our engagement photos in nantucket and loved her and the photos so much we booked her within days for our wedding in Vermont. She is so sweet, kind and warm that we couldn’t imagine how we could ever find a better person to spend literally 10 hrs with on our wedding day. She made us and our friends/family so happy and comfortable and the photos show it- were beaming, natural and relaxed in all the photos. She was so flexible and easy to plan with - our getting ready ran 30 mins late so we added a few portraits after our ceremony and it wasn’t an issue at all. Plus, we’ve gotten SO many previews so quickly after our wedding which everyone has loved.

Rebecca did a photography session for my family and we could not be happier with her work. From the start, Rebecca was a true professional to work with. She was prompt, thorough and patient with our questions. She also provided us with a guidebook with tips about how to get the most out of our shoot which was so helpful. During the shoot, Rebecca was fabulous with our 10-month old son - she was happy, easy-going, energetic and most of all, patient. She has a great eye and gives great guidance, which we appreciated. I do not having enough glowing adjectives to describe Rebecca and Jonathan. Not only are they ridiculously talented at what they do, but they are also incredibly wonderful people. We've known Rebecca and Jon since they shot our surprise proposal in 2015, followed by our official engagement shoot in 2016 and most recently our wedding in Cape Cod a couple of weeks ago. Throughout the two years we were planning our wedding, Rebecca was constantly checking in with us--listening to all of our ideas and helping us put together a timeline for the day. On the day of, Rebecca and Jon arrived right on time, perfectly adjusting to all the crazy moving parts that come along with a hectic day. Rebecca was the perfect calming presence, wonderfully capturing organic moments between the bridal party as we all got ready without making anything feel forced or unnatural. Throughout the entirety of the wedding, my husband and I were constantly astounded by how on top of everything this incredible duo was. The second we saw a fun or spontaneous moment taking place during the cocktail hour or on the dance floor, they were already there to capture it before we could even blink an eye. The next morning before we left for our honeymoon, Rebecca sent over a preview booklet with some highlights from the wedding, and unsurprisingly they were absolutely SPECTACULAR. Not only did they get each and every shot we had requested, but they also took pictures of all of the small, beautiful details from our florist, coordinator and other amazing vendors throughout the day that we might otherwise have missed. Above all, they truly captured the feeling of the day, which is not easy to do and something we will both treasure forever. Rebecca and her husband Jon were fantastic and we could not be happier to have chosen them as our wedding photographer! They were super laid back, made the experience fun and natural, and were so helpful (even going back to our house to get my shoes! ). Rebecca was very prompt in replying to me whenever we had questions and our pictures were AMAZING! It was a super rainy day on Nantucket for our wedding but that didn't stop the location changes or perfect pictures. We are so happy with how everything turned out and could not recommend them more. I was pretty hesitant to get engagement photos taken as my fiancee and I are not necessarily the most comfortable in front of the camera, but Rebecca made us feel so comfortable. She provided gentle direction which was SO helpful to us as we would have been rather lost without it. We were able to take some pictures with our puppy which are absolutely our favorite. Rebecca is kind, professional, easy-going, all out accommodating, and takes some of the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen! Nantucket is our family's second home and being able to take our engagement photos there was so exciting. If we were getting married on island, Rebecca would be my photographer of choice!! More...

Rebecca was fabulous! My boyfriend secretly hired her to capture his proposal and she did an amazing job. After taking pictures of the proposal we worked with her for hour or so doing an engagement photo session. She knew of all the best spots to take the pictures and they came out amazing! Rebecca took photos of my proposal to my beautiful fiancè out on Madaket beach. She was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the planning and correspondance of this special evening. She was quick to respond to e-mail and phone calls througout the week leading up to our big day. On the evening of the proposal Rebecca arrived at the beach early and ensured the lighting and the setting were absolutley perfect. She spent the hour with us shooting amazing photographs that ranged from the setting prior to the proposal, all the way up until I got down on one knee. She then took the time to set up and take some great photos of us after she said yes!! We will certainly be using Rebecca for our full engagement shoot in the future. My husband and I had a fairly long engagement so I did a ton of research on photographers. I found Rebecca's website via online search and was immediately impressed by her photos. ... beautiful, natural and luminous. After speaking with her on the telephone, I knew she was "the one." Rebecca is sweet and soft, but at the same time experienced and professional. This comes out in her photos, which are stunning and somehow capture the emotion and spirit of the moment. She also does a great job of integrating the surrounding nature in a subtle and artistic way.

Rebecca was very responsive and helpful in the months leading up to our wedding and provided great advice and information. She photographed our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day and did a superb job with both. She works side-by-side with her husband, which adds a bit of romance to the perspective of the weekend. I liked knowing that her husband was with my future husband while she was getting ready with me :-)

Looking back, I am still so impressed with how Rebecca stayed calm and flexible when emotions were high. Our salon appointments ran late so I was in a bit of a frenzy when I arrived back at the house. Rebecca, thank goodness, was sweet and reassuring and provided gentle guidance about how we might proceed. Despite our timeline going to $hit, Rebecca was able to go with the flow and capture some incredible candids and portraits without taking time or attention away from what we were doing. Most importantly, she has a sense for what photos are really important to capture. Case-in-point, some of my favorite photos are the portrait shots I initially didn't want to take because I was freaking out about timing. She did them in 5 minutes and they are priceless. She has mastered this balance: providing direction while letting the day flow naturally.

I can't rave enough about Rebecca Love and would use her again in a heartbeat. More...

We looooved Rebecca!!! I just cannot say enough good things about this amazing photographer. We emailed her pretty last minute looking for an engagement photographer in Nantucket. She replied immediately and was so flexible about timing, location and dates. Rebecca made us feel comfortable right away. She gave us great direction on how to pose and the pictures could not have turned out any better. My fiancé knows Nantucket well but Rebecca had all of these secret magical spots that we would've never thought of. The turn around time was so fast as well. She sent us some sneak peeks a few hours after our shoot and we got all of the photos just a week later. Where do I even begin!? Rebecca and her husband are THE BEST...T H E B E S T ! ! ! Our pictures were not only stunning, they captured all of the most important wedding moments, as well as the little "in betweens", the smiles, happy tears, dance moves, all of it! There was not one moment our entire wedding day that these two were not on their feet, snapping away. Every time we look back at our album, we feel like we are right back on Nantucket at our wedding.

From start to finish, Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to work with, she made it so easy. She is thorough, reliable, punctual, super sweet, and keeps everything FUN! Rebecca and Jon could not have been a better fit as our photographers to capture our wedding day. Not only did they both listen, but they were also very careful to pay attention to silent cues and read a situation. From day one (answering my call while on a ski vacation) to final delivery of photos (2 short weeks after the wedding) Rebecca (and Jon) was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and responsive! Rebecca was very aware of lighting and angles to capture both staged and candid moments. She scouted out multiple beautiful locations at the wedding venue and guided us when we needed it. My husband and I used Rebecca for both our engagement and wedding photos. First of all, she is a fabulous person and since she was spending the whole day with us, it was great that we genuinely liked her and her husband Jon who was there to help out. They were nice and fun and we are so glad we found them.
The turnaround time on the photos was also quicker than I'd ever heard. She had our engagement photos back to us within 1 week and our wedding photos in less than a month. The quality is great and we plan to go back annually and have photos done for some other reason (anniversary, kids, etc.) just because we had such a great experience.
Her costs are also well below the other vendors I spoke with. I don't think they'll stay that way for long, but for the value, we couldn't have done better. We highly recommend her! More...
