I am fully qualified and insured yoga teacher and teach power vinyasa/vinyasa flow yoga and pre-natal group classes in Tooting Broadway and I am available for private sessions. My vinyasa group classes are challenging but are open to everyone, and I always offer modifications. My pre-natal classes are also vinyasa based to build strength and flexibility for pregnancy and beyond, but also include breathing exercises and meditation for a calmer, more mindful and centered pregnancy.

In my private sessions I will tailor the sessions to your needs and are ideal if your are looking to start yoga for the first time, are more advanced and/or want to work on a particular area, or if you are working with injuries. These sessions take place at your home or mine (in Tooting) and at times that suits you.

I trained at The Power Yoga Company in London and teach a strong and dynamic style that will increase strength and flexibility but where movement is always connected to the breath, cultivating a focused and still mind. My sessions will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and more centred. I have been practising yoga for over 10 years, including 6- months in Indian and believe it is a transformative practice for the body and the mind; I am committed to helping others' wellbeing through yoga. I am continually updating my knowledge through readings, workshops and CPD and am dedicated to bringing my students the best classses possible.
