What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is stuffed chicken breast with rice pilaf, and pan seared green beans, with a red sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I really ask the customer what do they want on there menu for there event. Then I present them with what I came up with from there suggestions.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking, and making my customer happy, by giving them an experience of imagination with my cooking expertise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I really waned to start my own business, because I knew that I would not get a fair start in the culinary industry. Because I am my own motivator, and I know what I wanted my business to resent to the world.

Because I am very dedicated person, when it comes to my customers, and my craft. I love cooking, and giving my all to make my customers happy with the product that I will be giving them.
