Me and my sister just bought a place and it needed some remodeling. I didn't know much about renovations and pricing or what to expect time- wise. Avi explained everything in details and made me feel comfortable about choosing Realco to do the project. My bathroom and kitchen were super dated so I contacted Realco to help me tackle this project. From the first call down to the last finishing touches they excelled making sure I understood the best options for me and my home. I had my bathroom gutted down to the studs, dry wall, and replaced flooring in both bathroom and kitchen. Was so worth it; final result is stunning!! I saw them on House Hunters and I had to give them a call. We were redoing our backyard and one of the bathrooms...it looks so amazing now. Avi is seriously the best, and I'm so happy with the results. I thought they'd be super expensive because they do lots of work with HGTV but it's so reasonably priced, and of the 3 other contractors I had give me estimates, Avi was the lowest in price...Nothing but good things to say about this company. Avi and his team were great! They were professional, worked within our schedule and the most important, budget! On top of that made sure they did excellent and thorough work. We hired them to renovate the kitchen in our guest house. They were on time and very professional. Avi was always in touch throughout the project. I had such a great experience working with Realco Creations. I used them to remodel my kitchen and I never had any problem, always on time, and never missed a day of work. They were consist. Even when issues appeared, it was never an issue... Avi was there to solve it!!
I'm very happy with my new kitchen, we replaced the cabinets, changed our old ceramic counters to granite, backsplash, flooring and lighting.

My outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by this Company who was recommended to us by friends who are active in Houzz. First of all, I think that Houzz is really a great place for people to search great service providers and even more so for products that are genuinely unique and has excellent quality.
So this was fairly a smaller scale job compared to this Company's other jobs but they showed the same kind of attention to detail and great reliability. I had much concerns on the plumbing & electrical but they took care of all of it. I had a fire pit custom made too and Avi was always kind enough to accommodate whatever we wanted. They always cleaned up & left all the working areas clean & orderly. The installations done were impeccably clean and aligned.

Exceptional & very detail-oriented.
They are very professional. Avi and his team makes sure that all aspects of the job is done in a manner that is correct and aesthetically close to perfect. I loved how they worked on our backyard/pool area. It used to be such an ordinary space. But after they painted the exterior of the house, removed the wall blocking the view from our living room and opened up the space to have continuity into the pool area, installed new huge glass doors opening sideways into the pool area and did some landscaping --- it was an awesome transformation...we're thinking of putting an outdoor kitchen / barbeque area soon to complete the whole feel of summer to entertain more friends and family. I found them on Houzz and had requested for an initial assessment or estimate with them.
This was for an outdoor project I have been wanting to do. I wanted to create some sort of an outdoor / barbeque area with a functional kitchen we can use as well as create an area where people can dine out with a fire pit to warm everyone.
Avi was extremely helpful. He was honest. He has helped me make right choices and have always pointed me to the right direction if I'm going a bit off course on the plans.
Had a wonderful experience with them. The back yard turned out great. It was not finished at the time I expected it to be but that was okay. The wait was worth it.

This review is long over due. This Company is wonderful! My wife and I could not be more satisfied and happier when they finished doing our kitchen in a house we bought. The house was old and so we planned to remodel it in stages. We decided to do the kitchen first. The craft, the precision, the attention to details and more importantly, the trustworthiness of Avi & his team was an experience worth having.

So my wife found them online and I was a bit hesitant at first to use a Company that no one referred to us and just found online. But they did amazing in the kitchen that they did for us. The back splash turned out unique and unlike others. Avi helped us choose most of the materials we used. The flooring, tiles, counter and wall color all matched our entire home.
Avi gave very useful and important insights into the planning & execution.

We recently bought a new Property in Calabasas mainly so we can have my aged mother live with me and my family. I learned about this Company through a Business colleague whom I trusted so naturally I went with them. Avi gives great input on how he wants to tackle the Project. This was a Complete Remodeling so it was important for me to have a central point of contact who can take care of everything. Avi was extremely professional and has a sense of personalized service. He does take care of both the easy and hard issues. The entire house turned out amazing. The flooring used complimented the entire house. Bathrooms esp the Master Bath had an elegant feel to it. We wanted the kitchen to be classy yet hip at the same time as we often entertain guests and it was as unique as anybody could ask for. We used vintage appliances and they custom made cabinets to match this setting. We used a more modern style of cabinetry, counter & back splash in the outdoor kitchen beside the small pool area. the BEST construction team. the owner "avi" came to do an estimate with me and my mom and honestly right from the start he was so nice and easy going and made us both feel really excited about everything. they're redoing the entire house and the backyard they put in a pool and a jacuzzi and everything looks so amazing already. there's still more work to be done, but so far it looks amazing. i'm so excited to be done, and i would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is remodeling their house.
my tip: have an estimate at the place you're planning to remodel but also go with avi to the showroom. it helps a lot! More...

I am an architect, that just finished working with the team at Realco Creations.  Avi is one of the most professional people i have done business with, and above all, an exceptional man.  My designs call for precision, and attention to detail, as well as an adventurous mindset.  Avi does it all.  He is confident, without being arrogant, a truly unique quality in this field.  I could also attest that the client was also exceedingly pleased.  We all just got on so well.  After my part of the project was completed, the client retained Realco to continue on some more work throughout the house.We are now working together on another project, with hopefully many to come.A+ 10 /10 More...

I worked with Realco Creations on a major remodel of my house in Los Angles and was absolutely thrilled with the process and results. Our remodel involved: * Kitchen remodel (to the studs)* 1 bathroom remodeled in place* 1 bathroom significantly renovated (moved walls, plumbing, lighting, etc)* Added a half bath* Added a master bedroom (within existing footprint of home) When I initially spoke to Avi about the project and timeline, he was the only contractor who spoke seriously to me about the challenges that my timeline might present. Which meant to me that he was the only one who actually took my timing requirements seriously. His bid was not the lowest, but it was not the highest either. I was pleased with the realistic approach he took to bidding the job and that he cautioned against potential surprises that might increase costs along the way. In other words, he wasn't trying to low-ball to get the job. That and his obvious expertise and overall friendliness got him the job. From that moment on, I never once regretted my decision to hire Realco. As with all major renovations, we hit some speed bumps along the way, and the whole time Avi did everything he could to keep to the timeline and not dramatically increase the budget. All of his guys are very skilled/knowledgeable and just generally good guys. I was referred to Relco by my friend who did her kitchen through them to do my kitchen. I loved their work. The cabinets looked beautiful, the counter top was to my satisfaction and their staff that worked at my house was fast efficient and professional.
