I don't normally write these things but Lorraine Scheppler deserves a word or two for her absolutely stellar handling of the sale of my one home and the purchase of the next. She is professional and eager to help. She is knowledgeable about the entire Cape area and can answer the most obscure questions. Lorraine has always made me feel as though I was a VIP client and never wasted my time looking at stupid listings that she knew would be a waste of my time. Lorraine is an amazing realtor. She helped me sell my house during the peak of the housing crisis as many neighboring homes were foreclosing and the comparable prices were dropping weekly. I was leaving the country and had to sell and had a million other stressors at the same time. Lorraine never failed to keep me calm (not a small feat) and she helped with tasks (like dog sitting) that no other realtor would ever do. She didn't make a big commission from that sale - but she treated me like I was a miilion dollar client. Aside from being professional and knowledgeable, Lorraine was boundlessly patient with a client who really did not know what she was looking for. Lorraine was completely unfazed by the presence of a cranky two-year-old, who accompanied us on many searches for my new home. Once we found the perfect condo, Lorraine was very detail oriented; she held my hand through the entire process, from bidding to closing and all the intervening twists and turns.
