I LOVED working with Julia to find my new home! She shared lots of good information with me, including thoughts that were useful to my home selling process with another agent, was quick to respond to my requests, worked with my schedule (I was living 230 miles away from the area I wanted to move to and had an out of country vacation that occurred during the closing period), took care of arranging inspections and sewer scopes, kept me updated on the process, and even followed up on a problem that occurred 2 days after possession of the new property. Julia is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgable on the market and guided us through the entire process. She is proactive and resourceful. She worked amazingly fast and efficient once we had an accepted offer, she even got the bank to close earlier then they committed because everything was completed so quickly. I worked with Julia to sell my condo in Vancouver. I told her I wanted the property listed and sold as quickly as possible. I asked her to commit to selling my condo and making it a priority.
