My husband and I tried chain photography stores for years. Those experiences proved to be too stressful, too expensive, and gave us low quality pictures. We began taking family pictures ourselves with a timer on the camera and tripod. This worked most of the time, but was also stressful and exhausting running back and forth to check the camera for closed eyes, kids smiling, or if there was enough light. With my fourth child on the way, I thought I’d give a maternity session with Heather a try. She gave me confidence that I could finally get the pictures I always wanted. The session was full of laughter, conversation, her supply of props and outfits, while taking amazing pictures that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. She truly has a gift! I’ve since had a newborn session and a family photo session this past December 2018. I have finally found a photographer who knows how to give us direction during a session to get the best possible angle for pictures and a photographer that is continually perfecting her craft by learning new techniques.
