So far, so gooood!  We had a cleaning service for over seven years but I felt that the service was consistently going downhill so I finally switched.  I've tried two other services since then without good results.  Finally,  Ready Set Maids sent out a wonderful girl named Ruth.  She does an excellent job, in a timely manner, and on the single occasion that I did have an issue, she came back the very same day, resolved the issue, and it has not reoccurred.  Since her visit last week, I have not found a single thing I would have, or could have cleaned better!  Kudos to Ready Set Maids and Ruth! The two ladies really did a fantastic job. They came right on time and finished the deep cleaning of my 3 bedroom house in just 2 hours. The work was well done exceeding my expectation. Excellent! Miss Deinys does a really great job. This time, the master bedroom was unavailable for cleaning since we both work nights and needed to sleep. Once again, Deinys went above and beyond to find 'extra' things to do to help: she reorganized clutter in the spare room and put away a bunch of Tupperware containers that i had just put in a bag and set in the laundry room. And she is always sweet to our cats- usually they hide when people come over but now they come out and greet her :) I am consistently happy with ReadySetMaids. Thank you! More...

This company has outstanding customer service. They have always been accommodating to my requests for changes in appointment daysbor times, and they are quick to respond to my questions. Excellent! We had our house cleaned yesterday and we're extremely impressed by the attention to detail! The cleaning person they sent did an excellent job, including cleaning our window ledges and rugs that we can never seem to properly clean ourselves. Scheduled service late Saturday evening for a Monday and was so happy they could accommodate me!  I was happy with the service we received.  I hadn't been to the house and relied on my husband's review of the work performed.  He led me to believe that they missed spots, so I emailed them asking for a list of things they do while deep cleaning.  They got back with me immediately and offered to send a crew back out to clean as soon as the next day free of charge.  I was able to go that night to the house and planned to make a list of the places they missed, but it turned out what he saw was paint drips from previous owners and not actual dirt.  This company did a great job and the customer service was on point.  I was able to email back and let them know of the mix up on our part and they were more than gracious. The young lady who cleaned our rental was prompt, very courteous and a hard worker.  The house was filthy and had much dog fur everywhere (3 dogs).  She cleaned the A/C filter, washed the inside windows, cleaned inside of refrigerator, bathrooms sparkled, washed baseboards...  I would definitely employ Ready Set Maids for other cleaning jobs.  I am sorry I did not understand the young lady's name but she was excellent. Ready Set has been to my home three times. I first booked through Amazon Home Services, which is very convenient and a great way to see if rates are competitive with other services. Ready Set's booking system on their website is also very easy to use and keeps me informed and reminded, so that's very handy. The cleaners also called or texted the day of to tell me when they were on their way, in addition to the email reminders I got from the company, which was helpful. On the actual service, I've seen three different women and I think the first time it was a team of two. All were courteous, hard working, and thorough. No complaints from me on the work they did, I'm so grateful for their help. I have two kids and two cats, so we can use an extra hand. If I had any criticism, it would be they are too thorough, working for longer then I anticipated, doing more than I anticipated and feel like I paid for. Perhaps this is "expected" by some clientele. This company is very reliable and does a great job cleaning my (4 story) air bnb every time a group checks out. I give them a code and they let themselves in and out without me having to come by. It's always the same people and I like the consistency and I trust them in my home. They change the linens on all the beds and always respond to any particular request I might have that week. The ladies did a great job. I ordered a deep cleaning and cleaning only specific areas of the house. I used the Yelp deal and booked online. It was so easy! They communicate so well with follow up phone calls and email reminders. They were a little off on the time if arrival because they were behind and I was confused as to when they were going to arrive, but it was no big deal. They worked very hard and left a nice note. I have been a customer for about 9 months now, and I absolutely love my service!! They're very professional and friendly, they are very quick to reply to you. I really haven't had any concerns but I have asked for schedule changes and they were very prompt and courteous in replying. I was a little skeptical at first because I've never had house cleaning services. I started with a deep clean and loved it so much that I chose the weekly option. I have been using Ready Set Maids of Sugar Land, Texas for about 2 years now. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, no pets and I am on a fixed schedule with them which helps me land a better deal. They are responsible, they call me over my registered mobile number and drop regular e-mail reminders. One thing that I love about their service is that they place my schedule as a priority and accommodate my work if I need to change a date; based on their availability, of course. The first time, I stayed in the house to guide the ladies, tell them my priorities and how I like things to be done, this has payed off and now I don't have to be present or hover over their heads while they are doing their work. If I find something that they may have overlooked, I let Vik know and he makes sure that it gets done the next time. Vik is pleasant and easy to work with; he accommodate all my needs and makes necessary changes with the cleaning ladies. I really like this company. The owner is very responsive to my needs and responds to my email right away. Erin is my main contact and she's super helpful with any extra cleaning that I need. She usually will text in the morning with an estimated time of arrival. They typically come in with a team of two or three. They even throw in little surprises like checking in on my patio or front porch or cleaning behind the night stands, etc. I've used the service 3-4 times now and I'm quite pleased. I am absolutely thrilled with the service from RSM. I previously had homejoy and I was so horrified and upset with their service. I called seven other services and RSM called me back almost right away. Erin was sweet and gave me all the details of what they would do and the price was right where I wanted to pay. They came and did a wonderful job (much better than homejoy) and I was so happy with everything.
