Train for fun, train for fitness or train for competition. It's up too you! We provide several different types of classes to cater for your needs.
We also offer private 1-2-1 training and coaching to really develop your skills further.

A very big thank you to Marc for your time and effort in teaching and coaching my children. They entered their first tae-Kwon-do championship today, that loved every minute of it and walk away with trophies. Again massive thank you Marc. The Wednesday class is fab as it is informative, educational, fun and challenging. Marc is a great teacher who brings the class to life and clearly passionate about this art form. He explains how all the different aspects of each section link together and uses a variety of training methods to push your body to its limit. Great for fitness too! More...

Since meeting Marc, it was the first time I’ve ever tried any type of martial arts, i have really enjoyed training and look forward to every class . Time passes quickly and the sessions are varied. Great class and venue. Marc, our instructor is very knowledgeable, every class is different and tailored to each persons' ability - I am constantly learning and developing. I train 3 times a week, it's helped with my fitness, strength, agility, coordination and with my overall well being. Couldn't recommend it more. So why not come along and see for yourself. Marc is a fantastic instructor, throughout the course of 8 months he has taught me sparring, patterns and most importantly discipline. The course is structured in a way to help people of all levels and finds a way to excel in your capabilities. Reaction Combat Fitness recent competition entry produced medal winning competitors which is a testament to how good Marc is. It is something I look forward to after a long day at work were you find that you wouldn’t have pushed yourself as far without him. Structured classes and 1-2-1 sessions. We don't belive that pounding a treadmill and doing endless sit ups will give you the ability to make the changes to your life that you are looking for. With Martial arts based fitness we aim to change not only your body but also the way you live your life. We aim to empower and strengthen your spirit, challenge you with new skills and give you the tool to live a better life.

Don't dream! Focus on the journey not the destination. Martial arts based fitness makes the journey fun and challenging.

For me, it's about taking people on a journey. I see it all the time, you go too the gym or you get a personal trainer because you want the super star body and the super star Abs, and the super star arms. Maybe you get! Maybe you don't. But that's all you get. It's superficial, nothing else changes because your focused only on what you see.
We give more. We give you strength. Physical strength and mental strength. I love seeing the change in as people grow and develop their skills they grow and develop so much more then just muscle and fat.

I see to many big chain gyms and leisure centres offering people classes in some sort of 'boxercise body attack' type of thing. Where the instructors have no back ground in martial arts and no idea of what they are teaching or why they are teaching it. And then I see Mma or Thai Boxing style classes that have great instructors, but seem a bit intimidating to the average person. I want to provide a fitness class that is accessible to everyone who wants to train in this type of environment, where they can learn proper skills and how to use them, while getting a great work out.

If you are looking for a class where you know you've had a great workout because your sweaty and out of breath, and the instructor gives you an insincere high 5 in the air at the end....... don't choose us!
We are here to change you! Body, mind and spirit. It's not just about punching harder and kicking higher. It's about being a better you when you leave than you were when you walked through the door.
