michael, who coordinated a therapist for us, seemed genuine and empathetic and mina the counselor has potential. the original counselor had to cancel our appt which happens but was disappointing and then sawyer sent messages asking how our session went with mina the morning of the appt so that dept seems to need a little work on proof reading before sending out messages. it would also be nice to have instate therapists so we don't have to out of network prices. my insurance which is pretty crappy anyway doesn't pick up a dime. DO NOT USE. I tried multiple times to schedule with them and was charged each time without the therapist ever showing up. They have yet to refund my money. They are very unprofessional.
