Q&As

What I enjoy most is the variety of companies we are able to assist. As business strategists, we do not have "cookie cutter" solutions. We get to know our clients' businesses, their competition, industry standards, and what makes the top players in their space successful. Over the years we have worked with industries ranging from luxury shopping centers to organic farmers. There is never a dull moment and we get to learn something new with every client.

For as long as I can remember, I have had some sort of business. When I was nine, I used to empty trash cans for the elderly residents in my apartment complex. As I got older, I would run errand services to the grocery store and pharmacy. People would pay me to decorate their Christmas trees and wrap presents, cut their lawns, watch their children, etc. As an adult the same has been true. I have had the corporate jobs, but have always worked my way back to entrepreneurship and now I have done it enough times that I understand what it takes and wanted to share my knowledge with others.

The primary reason for choosing our company is that we are "outcome" based. Unlike traditional consultants we do not worry about the process, we want to know what our clients are trying to achieve and build strategies to that end. We don't think outside of the box because we understand "there is no box"! Whatever strategies are necessary to increase our clients bottom line without eroding profitability, that is what we recommend.

Services

Congratulations, your company is profitable and ready to expand! You have a solid vision, but are not sure of how to scale processes and practices to deliver the same level of quality and customer service to a larger client base. re-View Business Strategies has more than 30 years of helping leaders manage change through strategic planning.

RBS will work with your leadership team to examine each aspect of your business model, refine the current methodology by assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and presenting our recommendations to increase your company's efficiency, productivity, revenue growth, and accountability.

At re-View Business Strategies (RBS) we not only recognize all of the hard work it took to get your business to where is today, we've lived it. From working 70+ hours per week to finding quality staff and contractors to help meet customer expectations. RBS believes in the "Old School" concepts of building a solid vision, training your people to execute the vision, and taking care of your customers! It's not about how busy you are, it's about how effective you are in delivering value to your customers and what it takes to get there and beyond! One of the key components of your customers having a high brand experience is your employees! Do your employees understand your vision? Can your employees explain your vision to their family and friends? And most importantly do you have the right employees in the right positions?

Entrepreneurs work long hours to win their customers’ hearts and minds and continue to labor every hour to retain and increase their buying activities. This attitude exemplifies the very best in entrepreneurs and the most successful businesses. Intelligent business builders view customers as the lifeblood and greatly value loyalty. They appreciate and respect the people who purchase their goods and understand the lifetime value of customer purchases. A loyal customer base becomes a reliable and sustainable growth factor, as well as a strong foundation of their company.

The Internet has given consumers access to more information than ever, they have the ability to learn about your competitors and compare services, prices, and feedback. Taking care of your customers means listening to them, adjusting to changes in their values, and providing a consistent brand experience.

A new report from comScore uses a veritable mountain of data to expose and explain the multi-platform state of internet user behavior. However, it also makes clear that mobile is now the growth driver, while the desktop is rapidly becoming a “secondary touch point” for a large percentage of the US digital audience. The data shows that mobile now represents 65% of all digital media time, with mobile apps dominating that usage. The desktop has lost 12% points since 2013 and has receded to 35% of digital time spent.

When marketing to prospective customers using mobile devices your content has to be relevant, dynamic, and useful. In a recent poll conducted by Google, 51% of smartphone users said they purchased from a company/brand other than the one they intended to because the information provided by another brand was more useful. Seventy-three percent of consumers say receiving useful information in their advertising is the most important attribute when making a purchasing decision. Further, mobile marketing can be used to acquire contact information through text campaigns, send push notifications for live events, hold instant contests, and expand product suggestions using QR codes.

The foundation of our brand management strategies is a “market-driven” strategy, which is one where the needs of existing and prospective customers in the market dictate the positioning, messaging, and delivery of our clients' brand. This is achieved through market orientation, developing distinct capabilities, matching our capabilities with consumer values (need), and delivering on the promise.

Our branding strategies are "customer focused" – totally dedicated to delivering high level customer value to all segments of our clients' target audiences. We continuously gather information about customers, competitors, and markets; viewing the information from a total business perspective; deciding how to deliver superior customer value; and taking actions to provide value to customers.
