As a spiritual seeker and a student of life, I dream to live in a world of compassion, expression and cousiousness. I believe one big way we can create this world is through community -- building our tribes, sharing our stories and uniting together for support and growth.

I want to cultivate a community for like-minded people to gather and facilitate a revolution of spiritual transformation for individuals like you to connect and grow in your own life. I am a Transformation Therapist, clinical Social Worker, and change maker highly committed to the self growth path.

RE-MIND came to me as I pondered the root causes of all the suffering I see and experience around me. Both professionally and personally, I have witnessed and experienced the feeling of disconnection from our true essence. Disconnection breeds depression and separation, which ultimately leads to dis-ease. I feel it is my mission for my work to be an extension of my heart and guide people to remember their purpose and overcome the struggles that interfere with their ability to live into their full potential.

There are things you want to do. You are so ready to quit your job. You want to start that one thing, or maybe even finish that other thing. You crave to speak your truth. You reminisce about happier times, wishing you could feel that spark again. Still, something stops you. I support individuals like you in discovering the answers to questions like Who am I? What do I really want? Why is this happening to me? While guiding you through radical self-reflection, I can help you uncover the root cause of your pain and stuckness, and transform it into self-acceptance and growth.

The purpose of RE-MIND is to guide you down the path of transformation. I believe that addressing the needs of the mind, body, and soul are the formula for optimal emotional and mental health. The mind is our most powerful tool. It can time travel between the past and future, so often shielding us from experiencing the present moment. Let me help you quiet your mind, access your inner wisdom, and reshape your unhelpful thinking patterns allowing you to remember and embody the healthiest version of you.
