Been dealing with RDS for a little over a year now and it has been great. My first project that we did was a 40 page catalog that needed to be built from the ground up, after visiting several other printing companies I went with RDS because of the customer service. I took a little over three months to design - in which I spent with a designer (Johnathan) day by day customizing everything. NOBODY ELSE DOES THAT, every other printing place does not allow you to work with a designer directly so there is no telling on how the finished work will turn out.
