We at RDS PA Services Ltd can take your ideas and requests and roll them out into one great big amazing function! Whether that be a private celebration for any kind of party, or educational conferences, meetings, graduations, etc, but no the talents do not end there!! Businesses! You will BOOM once you let us give your events the sparkle they need in order to grow, we can throw networking events, product launches and shows or even just the BEST parties to thank all those staff that put the icing on the cake for you!
I will initially meet with you to discuss what you would like to get from your event, and any themes or special touches you want to add and then working to an agreed budget we make the magic happen! All you need to do is sit back and wait for the big day to come around!
We will take care of putting together your themes, designs and plans. Finding the perfect location, food, drink and entertainment. Any transport necessary to and from the event as well as accommodation. Invites and/or advertising. We will even be on hand on the day to supervise and coordinate activities to make sure the day goes smoothly. AND the best part is you don't have to deal with any of the outside agencies! We do ALL the work for you!
