RD Cleaning have been great, we use them regularly for our holiday let, sometimes 3 times in a week. The cleaners are always on time, provide a thorough cleaning service, housekeeping service and communication with them is always great. We can highly recommend them.

Disgraceful business. We only used this company as our regular cleaners were fully booked and it was our busiest time of the year dealing with 100+ student changeovers. They did a below-average clean which the students reluctantly accepted, then invoiced us and almost immediately started aggressively chasing payment. They threatened legal action after a week and when we paid at the beginning of the following month - at the same time as we paid every other contractor - they demanded extra money for "legal fees", even after I told them I'd been dealing with an unexpected suicide! We work with hundreds of properties and strongly recommend that you do not use this cleaning company. There are loads of much better choices in Bournemouth. More...
